Following your Dermapen treatment, your skin may appear slightly red and feel warm, similar to mild sunburn—this is completely normal and will settle within 24–48 hours. To aid healing, keep your skin hydrated with a gentle, nourishing moisturizer and avoid applying makeup for at least 24 hours. Steer clear of sun exposure, saunas, swimming, and strenuous exercise for the first couple of days, and always apply a high-quality SPF to protect your results. Avoid active products such as retinol, vitamin C, or exfoliants for 5–7 days post-treatment. With the right aftercare, your skin will recover beautifully and reveal a smoother, more radiant complexion.
